Weekly Notes for 24th February 2020

24th February 2020

Social and Awards Night
A great night’s entertainment for the members that attended our annual awards ceremony and social night last Friday. At the event the following awards were presented: Junior Footballer was presented to Charley Chester, Junior Hurler was presented to Ian Chester, the Paul Hayes Young Hurler was presented to Lee Hearne, the Sonny Murphy Senior Hurler was presented to Conor Ryan and the Paddy Hayes Club Person of the year was presented to Eoin Sheridan.
Roanmore GAA Chairman John Ryan also addressed those in attendance thanking the event organisers and for the continued support of our main club Sponsor Relate Care.

It’s that time of year again when we all must renew our membership for 2020. Contact Liam Ryan (treasurer) to arrange this payment.

Cul Camp 2020
The summer may seem a long way off yet but dates for this year’s Cul Camp sponsored by Kelloggs are out. The camp is being held in Roanmore on June 29th to July 3rd.

Coaching is held from 10am to 11am at the Kingfisher hall on the Tramore road every Saturday morning. New members are always welcome and being involved ensures that children gain much needed activity and have fun.

Fun and Games
We are running a Fun and Games program for children aged between 5 and 8 in the Carrickpherish Sports hall each Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm. Why not come along and try this fun activity out.
