U10 Hurling

Our U10 Hurlers headed to Ballyduff Upper on Friday last to take part in the home clubs Tournament. We set off from Cleaboy at 4:30pm with 24 Children as for the first time we had 2 teams entered in the competition. A large number of parents travelled with the children which is always great to see. Arriving in plenty of time for our first game it gave the boys a chance to stretch their legs and get something to eat. With our 2 teams playing simultaneously in perfect conditions the games began at 6:30pm. Both teams got to play 3 games with all the children playing their part in what was a great evenings hurling. At the end of it one of our teams qualified for the semi-finals next Saturday. Well done to all who helped out on the night.
