Weekly Notes for 13th February 2017

The Kube at Roanmore

It’s finally here, the big event that we have been planning since last November. This Saturday night the contestants will enter the KUBE and be set tasks to test their Mental and Physical Ability, Intelligence and Responsiveness, but only 1 will be lucky enough to WIN! The winner will secure the €1,000 grand prize. This night promises to be an excellent event for the club. See you there.
After the event, why not come back to the Roanmore Centre and enjoy Bim Connors sing some tunes from 11pm and relive the night


National GAA Draw

A big thank you to all sellers and purchasers of National Draw tickets. Your support is greatly appreciated. This is a final reminder that all sold or unsold tickets must be returned to Paul Power (087-2282723) immediately.
Remember, the entire cost of each ticket remains within the club and these funds are important for us to development of our playing facilities.


Roanmore Academy

Under 7 Hurling Blitz
Children born in 2010 and 2011 will take part in an indoor blitz on Saturday the 18th of February in Ballygunner GAA arena. Please meet there at 10:15 am blitz will last for 1 hour.
Training will continue for beginners in Carriganore at 11 am and also for U8s. New players always welcome. Anymore information available from Eric on 0863395920.
U9 to U12 Hurling
Training is going very well for these teams with all the players enjoying the excellent facilities at the WIT Carriganore. Time 1pm to 2pm continues Saturday.


Membership

Now that 2017 is here, it is time to renew your annual club membership.
This year’s fees are as follows:
Family (2 adults and all children under 18) €300 - This includes free Deise Draw ticket, value €90 and gives you 9 chances to win €10,000 plus lots of other prizes.
Adult (over 18) €180
Juvenile €50

Sunday Night Entertainment

Next Sunday (12th February) we have Pat Comerford in the Lounge from 10pm. Why not come along for some of the night and be entertained.

The Roanmore GAA club would like to extend our condolences to the McEnery family from Kingsmeadow on the death of Tim McEnery.
